Although iVents is only born in 2003, the team has years of experience organising important happenings. The international variety in the team makes it possible to get for each client a perfect partner in iVents An incentive, a meeting, a congress, the core always is a message, a goal a client wants to communicate. We speak and listen to our clients to get that message as our main goal.
Then we focusing on places, programs and communication that emphasis these goals.
We are always scouting new places, hotels, venues or activities therefore we are able to offer the latest and the newest settings.
Our bindings to the local people and places, opens doors for your clients, giving opportunities that sometimes even are hidden for the normal tourist.
New products, car launches, international press, we know how important it is to go beyond a smooth organization, always taking two steps upfront to be able react immediately at the unforeseen.
The Ivents holding is a product of ongoing changes and new projects. It all started with Ivents. Then a new office in Valencia was started, soon to be followed by Ibiza. To be able to offer more variety and always the latest locations, a new product "Ivents Locations" was started. Working on several new projects (see future projects), we will keep adding new elements of which we believe offer more possibilities to our clients. The total of the owned companies by Ivents or her owner offer 12 employees the possibility to work out new ideas.

Saskia de Vries is the mind behind Ivents. Having worked in the event manangement world for many years, in 2003 she decided to start for herself. Driven as nobody, she managed to make of Ivents one of the most respected event management companies in the Balearics. Hard working, making no compromises, have been key elements for this succes.
