We provide top-level transportation for delegates arriving in groups and for those arriving individually. Whether it’s an airport transfer or transportation from the hotel to a restaurant or to a city tour, our professional providers are always prompt and in compliance with all safety regulations. We also offer VIP car services for special delegates and special interest vehicles (motorized carts, antique cars, helicopters, etc.)

Meetings and Incentives provides delegates with special assistance upon their arrival and departure. Specialized and identifiable staff members welcome delegates upon their arrival and help them through customs and onwards to their hotel. Once luggage has gone through the normal security checks, we can take full care of it and have it delivered directly to each delegate’s hotel room. Upon departure, a staff member pre-arranges check-ins, assigned seats, and pre-pays all taxes, ensuring the entire airport procedure is made as swift and easy as possible.

Whether it’s an opening ceremony, a gala dinner or a sponsored lunch, we have the expertise to select the most appropriate venue, work with you on a theme and make it happen. Imagine a carnival dinner, a gaucho barbecue or a night at the opera… and see it happen.
